Faded Floral Boutique offers free shipping on orders totaling $25 and above. For orders totaling less than $25, the customer is expected to pay shipping and handling. Shipping and handling costs may vary by customer location and product and are non-refundable unless the item arrives to you damaged or due to an error on our part.
Returns:
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if it was shipped, or 14 days from the fulfillment date if it is a local pick-up. Please note that all returns will be processed and returned as store credit unless the item arrives damaged. The item must be in the original unused condition in order for it to be processed.
