Refund policy
Returns:
We want you to love what you ordered and we have made returns simple, fast and flexible. We accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if it was shipped, or 14 days from the fulfillment date if it is a local pick-up. Please note that all returns will be processed and returned as store credit unless the item arrives damaged. The item must be in the original unused condition in order for it to be processed. Any returns sent after the 14-day window will not be accepted. If you would prefer to get your money back, we offer a sister group on Facebook you can join called “Faded Floral BST” where you can post and sell your items.
After returning an item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and adjustment of your store credit. Note that you cannot claim an exchange until the returned item has been received by us.

Damages:
All of the products in your order should be fully inspected upon their arrival. If your item(s) are delivered to you with damage, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that the following types of product are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive to you with damages: pre-orders, sale items, bralettes, swim, and jewelry (for sanitary reasons).
Credit Deductions:
In order to continue offering free shipping, after 5 returns where someone has utilized free shipping on their orders, we will begin deducting $5 off of the credit of the returned item(s) for up to two items returned within the same order.
