Cleaning & Care:
Wash your HydroJug before first use. All HydroJug water bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to help preserve certain finishes, we recommend hand washing select designs. If you have questions, please reach out to the support team at service@thehydrojug.com.
For best care, clean both the bottle and lid regularly — especially after using drinks other than water. After washing, allow all parts to air dry separately, and keep the straw flipped open to encourage airflow.
If your lid does get dirty, we recommend either immersing it in a vinegar bath or allowing it to soak in a mixture of equal parts dish soap, vinegar, and water. Shipping and handling costs may vary by customer location and product and are non-refundable unless the item arrives to you damaged or due to an error on our part.
Returns:
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if it was shipped, or 14 days from the fulfillment date if it is a local pick-up. Please note that all returns will be processed and returned as store credit unless the item arrives damaged. The item must be in the original unused condition in order for it to be processed.
